About Us

Lynette Avis is a trained artist designer and medium.  Lynette trained at some of the top London art schools such as Central Saint Martin’s school of art. Lynette came to her own place of self-discovery due to long term ill health. Her own ill health took her on her own journey to find answers as to why she was ill. Lynette has trained as a spirit medium with some of the best top UK mediums such as Tracy Higgs and Tony Stockwell. Lynette, at The Living Energy School, now combines her art training and spiritual training in her one to one readings and her teaching.

The aim at living Energy is to empower the individual. We all have times in our lives where life itself leaves us stressed, unhappy, unwell or confused. At living energy we seek to give information and training that will empower the individual to take control of their lives and wellbeing. Modern life can be busy and can leave us feeling depleted and disconnected due to the demands and stresses that modern life places on us. We are all in such a hurry and very often just do not have the time we need for ourselves. Life is a precious gift. Living it, interacting with it, and being it. Life vibrates and pulsates at its own dance.  We can all learn to feel the vibration of life itself.
