AboutLynette Avis is a trained medium, Reiki master teacher and artist. Lynette trained at some of the top London art shcools such as Central St Martin's school of art. Lynette came to her own place of self-discovery due to long term ill health. Her own ill health took her on her own journey to find answers as to why she was ill and what she could do about it. Lynette has trained as a spirit medium with some of the top UK mediums. Lynette at the Living Energy now combines her art training her spiritual training and her energy training in her one to one readings.
